For Repair, Testing or any other work our technician can carry appliance to workshop with permission of customer.
After complition of work, invoice will be generated by technician and amount should be paid as per invoice only. In case, any amount paid to technician without invoice Ustad Services will not be responsible for same.
After inspection if no work is done or invoice amount is less than Rs. 149 then standrad visiting charge Rs.149 will be applicable only.
We provide 15 days warranty of all works done by our technician. Customer must have original invoice copy for claim within warranty period.
Work warranty will be provided only for the part replaced by our technician and not for the whole appliance.
In work warranty period, if appliance get damaged due to high voltage or customer's negligence then Ustad Services will not be responsible for any loss.
We agree and consent to receive all communications at the mobile number provided, even if this mobile number is registered under DND/NCPR list under TRAI regulations. And for that purpose, I further authorize the Company to share/disclose the information to any third party service provider or any affiliates, group companies, their authorized agents or third party service providers.
All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Meerut only.
Ustad Services reserves the rights to cancel/modify/change the terms and conditions at any point in time without any prior intimation or notice.
